  • Heather Eller

    Heather has been a member of KinderCare for a short time but has many years experience in the field of Early Childhood Education, the majority of those in management. She has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from West Chester University and has continued to obtain college credits in Early Childhood Education over the years. Heather's vision is to provide a safe and quality educational setting for her families where the children excel in their growth and learning. Heather began her career in the field as a Toddler teacher, eventually working her way to becoming the Operations Director at another Child Care Center. Through the years she has discovered that being a director is where her heart truly lies. Coaching and leading a group of teachers who are passionate about education is only one part of what makes her job so rewarding. Being able to build relationships with every child and parent at the school allows her to understand the impact they have on their families and their futures.

  • Lisa Chansky

    Ms. Lisa has worked in the Early Childhood Education field for 14 years. She graduated from Northeastern University with her bachelors in English and Elementary Education. She is a proud mother of a five year old, who is attending our Prekindergarten program for the summer and is super excited to be the new Assistant Director. For the past nine years she has been working at another Childcare Center as the Jr. Prekindergarten/ Prekindergarten teacher and is looking forward to the challenge of helping reinforce curriculum and parent involvement throughout the center. She has loved every second in the classroom and is excited to get to know all of our families.

  • Ms. Kathy

    Ms. Kathy has been at our center for ten years and in the Infant room for the past six years. She graduated from Coatesville High School and has obtained her Child Development Associate's Credential at KinderCare. Ms. Kathy loves being with the children and helping them develop.

  • Ms. Lataja

    Miss Lataja is a 2006 Coatesville High School graduate, with a love for children from the very begining. She has a one year old daughter whom she is very proud of every single day. Since 2004 she has babysat for friends and family members and cared for children with different abilities and health issues. She has also helped in the children's nursery at her church since it was first offered to their congregation.She was a youth leader assistant and toddlers and as old as High School Seniors. She is planning on furthering her education in the future.

  • Ms. Mathavi

    Ms. Mathavi was born in West Malaysia, but has lived in the United States for the past 22 years. She taught Kindergarten and 1st grade as a Teachers Assistant for ten years as a local Charter School. She feels blessed to have a wonderful husband and daughter. In Ms. Mathavi's spare time she loves to paint.
